📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities. • The ideal candidate should excel at researching potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. • This role is critical for expanding the company's customer base and driving revenue growth. • Identify and research potential leads through various channels. • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media. • Qualify leads based on established criteria and business needs. • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
