Description

• Develop systems and reports to extract and combine data • Maintain databases and design performance measurements for operating performance monitoring • Utilize superior communication skills to assist customers in resolving issues impacting application workflow • Research, analyze and assist in the resolution of user errors and system problems • Participate in division wide projects including data analysis and data integrity • Act as technical lead for group division projects • Respond to technical and product questions

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience • Experience: 3-5 years of related work experience in data analysis or information management • Hands-on experience with Excel and database querying applications (SQL Server, TOAD, VBA, HTML, CSS) • Workday experience highly preferred
