📋 Description

• Vertrieb unserer Befestigungs- und Systemlösungen für den Automobilbau incl. Batterie (EV) an unsere Premiumkunden (Mercedes Benz / Daimler Truck) • Aufbau und Festigung von Geschäftsbeziehungen auf allen hierarchischen Ebenen in verschiedensten Kundenabteilungen • Anwendungsentwicklung bei unseren OEM-Kunden und technische Leitung bei Verkaufsgesprächen, incl. Preisverhandlungen • Entwicklung von Programmplänen für Fahrzeugplattformen • Betreuung von technischen Entwicklungen von der Idee bis zur Fertigstellung • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Identifizierung und Akquirierung von Projekten • Sicherstellen, dass Designkonzepte den Kundenanforderungen entsprechen • Unterstützung von Kunden-Build-Events, Technologieshows und Meetings • Überprüfung der endgültigen Revision/Design/Freigabe für das Teiledesign • Betreuung des Kunden und interne Vertretung des Kunden • Verhandlungsführung, Ausarbeiten der Spezifikationen und Angebotserstellung • Identifikation von neuen Projekten und Umsatzpotentialen, Geschäftsanbahnung

🎯 Requirements

• Master- oder Bachelor-Abschluss (vorzugsweise Ingenieurwesen) oder Technikerausbildung • Mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung bei einem OEM oder Großkunden • Erfahrung in der Anwendungsentwicklung in der Automobilindustrie • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenmanagement und Serviceorientierung • Verhandlungsgeschick • Lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken • Reisebereitschaft • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
