Description

• Identify, lead, and execute customer HTAS conversions in collaboration with local account/ territory management. • Responsible for the region’s HTAS sales growth, profitability, listings, conversions, and market share acceleration. • Develop and execute strategic plan by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales activities. • Establish relationships with top retailers and key personnel. • Drive critical New Product placement and launch plans within region. • Provide support to local account management and customers on product knowledge, end-user work, event marketing, and merchandising. • Maximize digital acceleration via Salesforce, Showpad, and Business Warehouse.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree required or 5+ years industry experience • Highly effective communicator with customers and SBDK Tools and Outdoor team personnel • Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel both in and out of state up to 50% of the time • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
