• Perform analysis on configuration within the Workday ecosystem. • Design business processes and technical requirements for effective solutions. • Analyze technical impacts and document system processes for users. • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement. • Collaborate with team for compliance and innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Workday HRIS Administrator required. • Workday Implementation experience is a plus. • Experience with other HRIS platforms like CRM, ATS preferred. • Familiarity with software development cycles and testing methodologies. • Experience in a multinational corporation is advantageous. • Workday Certifications are highly preferred.
