• The Customer Success team focuses on helping our current customers as their businesses grow or their needs change. • We do this through initiative-taking outreach to our customers during key moments in their lifecycle. • We are looking for an Advocate to join our Customer Success team. • You will collaborate with our existing customers to drive customer education and feature adoption, integrations with our partners, maintain customer satisfaction, and increase retention. • Together we help solve our customers’ pain points by educating our current customers about the full value Edge brings to businesses. • Core work includes initiative-taking outreach to current customers through outbound calls, chat, and email. • You will own the first 30 days onboarding new partners. • Gain deep expertise around Edge’s product and feature offerings and use this knowledge to help our current customers use our product more efficiently and effectively. • Use your communication and partnership skills for training and retention.
