β€’ Steer offers software tools for automotive repair shops. β€’ Looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and relationships. β€’ Be a subject-matter expert and empower customers to meet their goals. β€’ Own customer success and engagement plans, retention and revenue expansion.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of varying size and complexity. β€’ Experience with a MarTech product or selling directly to marketing teams. β€’ Proven ability to influence and shift customer perspectives to drive change through feature and product usage. β€’ Prior experience teaching technical information to a non-technical audience. β€’ Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with business owners. β€’ Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy. β€’ Superb written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to take initiative and adapt. β€’ BA/ BS degree or equivalent experience. β€’ Experience in a customer success role at a startup. β€’ Experience working in the automotive tech industry. β€’ Experience working at a CRM company.
