• Steer offers a suite of software tools for today’s automotive repair shop. • We combine a mix of software tools that a repair shop needs to run a highly profitable shop, in one user-friendly, cost-effective platform. • Through the Steer CRM suite, we allow the shop owner to get back to focusing on what matters, and to stop worrying about marketing and customer retention. • Steer has launched a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing suite, complete with text messaging, email automation, direct mail integration, reputation management, appointment reminders, declined/recommended services, and many other features. • We are always innovating and we are proud to be a leader in the automotive repair industry. • Steer is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team. • You will be the sole PMM to spearhead all GTM (Go-to-Market) activities. • Your focus will be generating leads, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar). • Experience working with software product organizations and a deep understanding of operating in a tech environment. • Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated go-to-market plan and execution. • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach. • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments, especially with creative teams and marketing automation platforms. • Passion for B2B SaaS and the target market's challenges. • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. • You think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time.
