Description

• Steer offers a suite of software tools for today's automotive repair shop. • We allow the shop owner to focus on what matters, and stop worrying about marketing and customer retention. • Steer has launched a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing suite. • This role will require creating clear and impactful communication, creativity, and a genuine passion for Steer’s mission. • You will be directly accountable for generating upsell leads, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Expertise building content and email marketing and using data to measure results and optimize. • Understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar). • Experience working with software product organizations and a deep understanding of operating in a tech environment. • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach. • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments, especially with creative teams and marketing automation platforms. • Passion for B2B SaaS and the target market's challenges. • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. • You think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time.
