• Steer offers a suite of software tools for today's automotive repair shop. • We combine a mix of software tools that a repair shop needs to run a highly profitable shop, in one user-friendly, cost-effective platform. • Steer has launched a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing suite, complete with text messaging, email automation, direct mail integration, reputation management, appointment reminders, declined/recommended services, and many other features. • Steer is looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. • You will be the sole CMM to spearhead all GTM activities, partnering with product, channel marketing, sales, and CS to create marketing collateral to support the GTM team, and lead product growth. • Your focus will be generating leads, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar). • Experience working with software product organizations and a deep understanding of operating in a tech environment. • Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated go-to-market plan and execution. • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach. • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments, especially with creative teams and marketing automation platforms. • Passion for B2B SaaS and the target market's challenges. • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. • You think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time.
