Description

• Steer offers a suite of software tools for automotive repair shops. • We allow shop owners to focus on their businesses, reducing marketing worries. • We're proud to lead in the automotive repair industry with constant innovations. • We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to improve reporting and customer insights.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar) or equivalent experience. • 5 years of product management experience with Enterprise or SaaS, delivering end-to-end products from ideation to launch. • Past marketing experience or marketing/sales automation product experience. • Usability/UI optimization experience. • Consistent track record of delivering products with global, cross-functional teams - engineering, design, sales, marketing and partnerships. • Intermediate knowledge of SQL. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to communicate sophisticated topics to diverse set of both technical and business collaborators. • Obsessed with detail, have good logical, sound analytical and numerical capabilities. • Ability to modify approach as per changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances and feedback. • You consistently view things from the user's perspective and are always striving to improve in this area. • Nice to Have: • SaaS experience. • Experience working with small business owners. • Automotive experience. • Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
