• Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Gewinnung neuer Kunden via Telefon • In unserem internen SAP System erstellst du maßgeschneiderte Angebote zu allen Stepstone Hospitality Produkten • Mit individueller Beratung gewinnst du deine Kunden langfristig und erweiterst kontinuierlich dein Portfolio • Mit aufmerksamem Blick beobachtest du den Markt der Hotellerie und Gastronomie und sicherst dir stetig neue Kundenpotentiale • Zu deinen internen Schnittstellen zählt das Customer Service Team, mit dem du gemeinsame Kundenaufträge abwickelst • Ausbau und Pflege des eigenen Kundenstammes durch persönliche Beratung und Betreuung (Single Point of Contact) • Erstellung individueller Angebote sowie deren Nachverfolgung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

🎯 Requirements

• Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb - idealerweise im Hotellerie und Gastronomie Umfeld • Spaß an einem professionellen Telesales-Outbound für Online-Produkte • Verkäuferisches Talent, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit • Zielstrebigkeit und den unbedingten Willen, den persönlichen Erfolg durch die eigene Leistung zu bestimmen
