• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, managing the implementation process and coordinating all necessary resources for successful service launch. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation of dedicated services. • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, and customer service, to configure systems and processes according to client specifications. • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project requirements. • Ensure client readiness for service go-live, including training client staff on systems, processes, and compliance requirements. • Troubleshoot any operational challenges during the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s business. • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal leadership, identifying any areas for improvement or process adjustments. • Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related activities, including client communications, project timelines, and implementation processes. • Support post-implementation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and to make adjustments as needed for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or account management in logistics or transportation. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles. • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. • Experience in refrigerated or climate-controlled logistics. • Familiarity with dedicated account operations in a client-facing, on-site environment.
