Description

• The Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) – Amazon owns the direct relationship with Amazon retail teams and external agency partners to maximize sales and profitability and deliver on retail sales, shipments, and P&L annual financial goals for the channel. • The SNAM drives accountability with internal and external stakeholders through regular business planning meetings and ensures the next steps are tracked and achieved. • Comfortable in the details and willing to go deep into data regularly to make data-driven decisions. • This role will have a high degree of ownership of the strategy and the results.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience working with Amazon retail teams (1P/Vendor Central) experience required • 3 - 5 years of experience in team management, hiring, developing, and coaching direct reports • 4-year bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business degrees are preferred) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner to executive leadership teams • Advanced skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications • Advanced data analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is required • Prior demand planning and forecasting experience required • Solid analytical skills and high attention to detail is required • Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and deadline-driven is required • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results is required • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is required • Ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Operations, Product Development teams is required
