Description

• Detail-oriented and analytical, the Senior Commissions Accountant will manage the accurate calculation, recording, and reconciliation of commission payments. • Responsible for processing commission-based compensation for brokerage teams. • Ensuring compliance with commission agreements, and providing financial insights regarding commission trends. • Requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in commission-based accounting or compensation management. • Experience with payroll systems, commission structures, and financial reporting. • Experience with commission calculation software, or commission automation tools. • Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Workday, SAP, NetSuite, CoStar, REApps). • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. • Effective communication skills.  • CPA or relevant accounting certifications.
