Description
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow community programs nationally. • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of community and school programs. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for products and enhancements to existing programs. • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and community groups. • Lead and mentor a team of community managers. • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure community programs provide a unique value proposition to customers. • Develop and manage budgets for community programs. • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure programs meet their needs. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs and products. • Directly supervises 2 - 7 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors.
Requirements
• Track record of successfully capturing organic market share in previous products and programs. • Experience in program/community development • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills. • Excellent innovative thinker, results-oriented, and passionate about community building and education. • Management experience • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency. • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Ability to clear required background check
