Description

• Dynamic and visionary Director of Communities & School Programs to lead the development and expansion of community products. • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow community programs nationally. • Oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of community and school programs. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements. • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and community groups. • Lead and mentor a team of community managers. • Collaborate with product development teams. • Develop and manage budgets for community programs. • Engage with stakeholders for feedback. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Track record of successfully capturing organic market share in previous products and programs. • Experience in program/community development. • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills. • Excellent innovative thinker, results-oriented, and passionate about community building and education. • Management experience. • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency. • Ability to travel 20% of the time. • Ability to clear required background check.
