• Champions academic excellence and integration of innovative AI solutions • Drive implementation and improvement of K12 Teacher Intelligence (K12ti) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strengthen relationships with school partners • Oversee pilot phase of AI curriculum tools and programs • Develop strategies for launching K12ti aligning with educational standards • Provide guidance to developers and direct AI pilots throughout the academic year • Stay current with advancements in AI technology and advocate for AI-driven educational advancements

Requirements

• Fifteen (15) years business or academic experience • Ten (10) years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven record of accomplishment of developing successful academic leaders who drive engagement and student success • Strong management skills including planning, directing, reporting, budgeting and administrative capabilities • Proven leader of effective large-scale change initiatives • Must have high integrity and build trust at all levels • Online educational and charter school experience • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Ability to clear required background check
