Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. •7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an enterprise setting and in specific industry verticals. •Proven track record of developing and executing successful scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel. •Strong understanding of the B2B buying process and enterprise sales cycle. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. •Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Tableau). •Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer's journey •Successful track record of collaborating with Sales teams, including joint planning, lead management, and earning trust as a strategic partner •Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to synthesize and communicate business health with leadership •Exhibits a strategic mindset with a strong analytical capability; comfortable with data interpretation and decision-making. •Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
