Description
• Assist in overseeing the team for Compliance technical solutions • Involved in leading complex projects and managing resources • Ensure successful technical implementation of solutions • Identify and address emerging compliance risks and opportunities • Train technology users on the compliance platforms • Translate complex user needs into clear technical specifications • Map complex processes to identify optimization opportunities • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency • Ensure communication between compliance, analytics, and systems teams • Develop comprehensive documentation for future success
Requirements
• Required: B.A. or B.S from accredited university • Minimum of 6 years of work experience • 2+ years' experience creating dashboards using visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, and Spotfire • 2+ years creating applications with low-code platforms such as Appian, MS Power Apps, Salesforce, etc. • Preferred: 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of effective Compliance programs and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
