Description

• Who We Are: At Studio Designer, we empower creativity for residential interior design firms. • The Role: Help clients on-board with Studio Designer accounts for their operations.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years’ experience working in customer success, customer support, implementations, interior design, or another related field • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience • Excellent communication skills through email, phone, and Zoom. • Strong professional presentation skills to diverse audiences. • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with new clients. • Proven experience leading client meetings and providing effective internal and external communications. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite. • Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. • Strong sense of ownership over work and desire to deliver high quality outcomes. • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritize competing goals/tasks.
