β€’ Report to the Manager of the Client Success Team. β€’ Delight clients, increase retention, and recurring revenue through strategic consulting. β€’ Strengthen relationships and educate clients on industry knowledge. β€’ Help clients maximize investment in Subsplash services.

Requirements

β€’ Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager background (1-2 years of experience) β€’ Experience with small-tier clients β€’ College degree β€’ Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence β€’ Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission β€’ Strong oral and written communication skills β€’ Proficient at prospecting and online profiling β€’ Passionate about influencing, negotiation, and closing β€’ Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about technology industry β€’ Exhibit technical savviness. Experience with SaaS platform, apps, analytics, data, or databases preferred β€’ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience (Salesforce preferred) β€’ Willingness to travel occasionally β€’ Knowledge and/or experience working in the faith sector is highly preferred β€’ Knowledge of church staff roles and dynamics is a plus
