🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in technical operations, infrastructure management, or cloud services, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale operations. • Proven expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructure management (VMware, HyperV, Citrix, AWS, Azure, or similar). • Experience in IT service management, automation, and incident response. • A strong ability to lead high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align technical operations with business goals. • Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks for service delivery, incident management, problem resolution, and change management. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Proven ability to lead teams and ensure alignment between technical, product, and operations teams.
