📋 Description

•Fully Remote Application Engineer position for Sunflower Bank, N.A. •Responsible for Level I and Level II application support on productivity tools. •Research and respond to user requests and questions. •Remediate complex issues within application systems. •Monitor application performance and ensure system availability. •Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and fix bugs. •Assist in the deployment and configuration of banking applications. •Document support processes and maintain accurate records. •Conduct training sessions on application features and best practices. •Stay updated with application updates and industry trends. •Develop and maintain systems in alignment with SBNA security controls for compliance with GLBA.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. •Minimum of five years of experience providing application support. •Specializing in COTS applications to include all common office productivity tools. •Operational knowledge of condition monitoring and associate applications. •Demonstrated project management abilities.
