Description

• Responsible for contract deliverables and compliance reporting • Ensure effective coordination and communication of client requests • Provide ongoing, effective communications to clients • Support DentaQuest leadership in program administration • Identify and communicate client expectations to DQ leadership • Resolve issues and strengthen relationships with clients • Serve as primary point of contact for client audits • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance • Update Office Reference Manuals and coordinate documentation requests • Develop and maintain relationships to ensure contract performance • Provide regular updates on issues affecting market performance • Represent DentaQuest at health fairs and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience • Five years’ experience working with external clients/customers • Two years’ experience with Medicare Advantage programs • Superior organizational, written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of group benefits • Proven consultative services experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook • Proven problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
