Description

• The Lead Product Manager will be integral to the Product team, collaborating with Engineers, stakeholders, Benefit Platforms teams, and UX designers • Define and address client challenges to deliver effective API solutions • Represent the voice of the customer through feedback and research • Lead backlogs and product rather, ensuring alignment with customer needs and engineering capacity • Author product documentation and user stories, conduct testing • Work with UX design team on user experiences and Product Marketing for releases • Support technical issues and enhance onboarding for clients

Requirements

• Four or more years of professional experience in a product-related role • Understanding of enrollment within the Group Benefits space • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or technical field is preferred • Agile development practitioner with strong experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence • Collaborative approach, engaging team members to accomplish objectives • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to build solid relationships with clients and vendors • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
