Description

• Directs and develops a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. • Identifies and executes on opportunities to simplify customer adoption of product(s). • Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. • Formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control. • Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends. • Functions as a central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing, and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the product line(s).

Requirements

• Deep experience in leading regulated medical device product lines through effective P&L management. • Domain experience in Radiation Therapy highly required. • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, competitive benchmarking, market segmentation and a successful track record in executing global, practice changing go-to-market strategies. • Familiarity with US and global reimbursement dynamics preferred. • Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people. • Effective interpersonal skills. • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
