Description

β€’ Lead a team of 6-8 Senior Absence and STD Sr. Managers. β€’ Responsible for claims strategy and improving overall effectiveness of absence management and disability offerings. β€’ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. β€’ Proactively identify and implement process enhancements. β€’ Ensure claim management is within service standards and industry best practices. β€’ Provide oversight for product performance and compliance. β€’ Regularly interact with senior leadership and clients for business solutions and strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Strong leadership skills with a minimum of five years supervision/management experience. β€’ Five years of demonstrated success in Absence and/or Short-Term Disability team management. β€’ Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategic direction. β€’ Proven success in building trust-based partnerships in strategic and tactical problem solving. β€’ Deep understanding of absence and disability management laws, including ERISA, FMLA, state leaves, and statutory plans. β€’ BA/BS in a related field of business is highly preferred.
