Description

• The Client Support Liaison (CSL) is responsible for the group claims client facing experience. • Proactively seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction with group benefits programs. • Assesses, clarifies, and validates client claim needs on an ongoing basis. • Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with internal service departments. • Responds to client inquiries related to group claims.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Absence and ADA experience. • Knowledge of Employee Benefit industry and/or Group Benefit Services. • Ability to work with diverse people. • Relationship management skills. • Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills. • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven consultation and client relationship skills.
