Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, client services, or related areas. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools to support sales operations. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure effective execution. • Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and embrace change as the role evolves. • Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to transform insights into actionable recommendations. • Proficient with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data manipulation. • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. • Proven ability to engage and establish credibility with senior-level executives. • Excellent writing, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to work autonomously and as a team. • Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure and collaborate to solve problems. • Bachelor’s degree.
