•Sunnova is an industry-leading adaptive energy services company making clean energy accessible. •Looking for an experienced digital marketing leader to grow lead generation and digital media performance. •Manage, measure, and optimize campaigns across multiple media platforms for sales of solar services.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or communications. •Minimum years of experience required: 10-15 years’ total experience, 7+ years of relevant work experience implementing and managing paid media campaigns. •Must have experience with LeadConduit. •Experience with performance marketing across self-serve paid digital, social, and programmatic channels. •Documented performance achieving growth targets consistently. •Expertise in data management and analytics to drive storytelling, including database segmentation and web analytics. •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. •Understanding of advertising platforms and support technology including Google, Meta, Active Prospects, Salesforce and related 3rd Party tools. •Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication and presentation skills. •Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer.
