The primary focus of this role will be working cross functionally throughout the organization to streamlining workflows and ensuring operational efficiency. The Industrial Engineering Manager will play a key role in driving the Customer First mindset, reducing costs, and improving overall operational performance.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field •5+ years relevant experience in work measurement experience in industrial engineering, operations, or manufacturing •3+ years lean experience •Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or in a similar role •Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, work measurement techniques, and process improvement methodologies •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
