Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree preferred and 15+ years of commercial solar construction experience managing a national project management team. •Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams, focusing on accountability, collaboration, and employee development. •Extensive experience in leading initiatives to optimize construction processes and procedures, resulting in improved efficiency, cost savings, and project quality. •A history of working in technical sales roles within the construction or related industries, including the ability to understand complex technical requirements and communicate them effectively to clients. •Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including overseeing project timelines, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring all aspects of the project align with objectives. •Experience in maintaining effective communication with dealers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with project goals. •Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, with experience using this knowledge to guide strategic decisions and innovations. •Experience with operational software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Project Management, Monday.com as well as Technical solar design software.
