Description

• This role involves strategic design and analysis of Omnichannel customer experiences. • Establish strong relationships throughout the organization for marketing program adoption. • Engage key stakeholders to deliver data-driven customer experiences. • Lead digital execution of HCP promotional marketing and patient tactics across channels. • Collaborate with field teams and manage projects with creative and media agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. • Minimum 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry (without Master’s). • 6 – 8 years with Master’s degree. • Minimum of 2 - 3 years omnichannel and/or pharmaceutical media management experience required. • Prior oncology experience preferred. • Co-promote or alliance experience preferred.
