Description

•Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing strategies and programs aligned to their goals •Drive transformational change in how we approach Partner marketing •Develop Partner marketing strategies that meet business goals •Partner with marketing and sales operations to create an always-on view of Partner-sourced pipeline •Monitor, assess and report on all Partner marketing performance metrics •Provide strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results •Own end-to-end development and management of Partner marketing programs globally •Develop Partner-facing campaigns, presentations, competitive content, success stories, product and program information

Requirements

•10-12 years of experience as a respected leader in establishing and implementing Partner marketing strategies and partner marketing programs for B2B companies (high-growth SaaS preferred) •Transformational leader who can identify the secret sauce that will elevate our Partner marketing efforts to be best-in-class, even as ranked against much larger competitors and peer companies! •Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic •Deep understanding of Partner marketing KPIs and measurement •Ability to travel 25% of the time
