Description

•Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and projects. •Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive the growth of the agency and expand client portfolios. •Set, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and continuously optimize marketing initiatives. •Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility and perception. •Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, PPC) and traditional platforms (print, events). •Analyze marketing data and metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance. •Develop and manage lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. •Oversee content creation and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality output across all channels. •Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions. •Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, driving lead conversion and revenue growth.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Masters preferred) •Proven leadership experience in managing and inspiring a marketing team to achieve strategic goals. •Demonstrated success in scaling and growing a marketing agency or similar business. •Strong experience in setting, tracking, and optimizing KPIs to ensure marketing success. •Expertise in developing creative, data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. •Proficient in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional marketing platforms. •Hands-on experience with marketing data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation software. •In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques, especially in industries like home services. •Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), with a proven track record of success. •Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to a wide range of stakeholders. •Strong adaptability and trend awareness, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and best practices.
