• Remote role anywhere in the US • Develop and execute global GTM readiness plans • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership • Identify areas for improvement within the sales process • Create certification mechanisms for sales team readiness • Integrate GTM strategies into sales training • Deliver effective training and product workshops • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 8-10+ years of experience in sales enablement • Expertise in working cross-functionally • Previous experience with channel partners is a plus • Proven track record in sales enablement or similar roles • Deep understanding of sales processes and best practices • Strong project management skills • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools • Experience using data to drive performance
