β’ About SuperStaff: SuperStaff is a boutique BPO/KPO firm rapidly expanding in the Philippines and Colombia. β’ Job Summary: The Director of Sales will lead our sales strategy and drive outbound outreach. β’ Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. β’ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. β’ Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms. β’ Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals. β’ Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging. β’ Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
