Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive user acquisition. • Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities, relevant to our audience, and optimize content accordingly. • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures to enhance search visibility. • Conduct regular audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup. • Work closely with the content team to provide SEO recommendations for blog posts, landing pages, and other content pieces, ensuring they align with our SEO strategy. • Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites. • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Provide regular reports and insights to the team. • Keep a close eye on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats, and adjust the SEO strategy as needed. • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure SuperTokens remains competitive in search rankings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience, including content, technical, on-site, and off-site SEO. • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong track record of improving organic search performance. • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. • Familiarity with technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization, and mobile SEO. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and continuously improving. • Experience with open-source projects or developer-focused products is a plus.
