Description

• Accurately enters data from various sources into the necessary systems and databases • Uses software tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets to enter data • Verifies the accuracy and completeness of entered data • Performs quality checks on data entry to ensure that it is error-free and up to date • Adheres to company policies and procedures • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve issues • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Proficient in using computers and various software applications • Experience in a call center environment • Experience supporting customers on all channels - voice calls, chat and email • Familiar with CRM systems and practices • Can accurately follow verbal and written instructions • Willing to work on a project-based set-up • Amenable to work on a night shift
