📋 Description

• As a Primary Support Engineer, you will ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of PeopleSoft applications for clients. • Provide in-depth technical expertise on PeopleSoft across multiple releases. • Configure and optimize PeopleSoft technical components across various modules. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Analyze and resolve complex issues requiring evaluation of multiple factors. • Troubleshoot and manage customer issues within SLAs while balancing speed and accuracy. • Document solutions clearly for future reference.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM support • Extensive technical expertise in PeopleSoft • Prior experience in a support role (preferred) • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, localizations, implementations, and key functionalities • Independent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with team members at all experience levels • Proven capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience working on complex, unfamiliar issues requiring in-depth analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A hands-on, results-driven mindset with a team-player attitude • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
