Requirements

β€’ Must live in Kentucky. β€’ High School or GED Diploma (Required) β€’ Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred) β€’ Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed. β€’ Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task. β€’ Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution. β€’ Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment. β€’ Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization. β€’ Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively. β€’ Must be willing to submit/pass a background check.
