📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and management of our organization's IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. • Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of infrastructure systems, both on-premise and cloud-based. • Develop and execute the infrastructure strategy in alignment with organizational goals. • Lead the transition to cloud-based platforms, optimizing for cost, performance, and scalability. • Oversee the long-term planning of infrastructure, including disaster recovery, system architecture, and network infrastructure. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT infrastructure and cloud professionals. • Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of on-premises IT infrastructure. • Manage relationships with cloud service providers and other vendors. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to infrastructure and cloud operations. • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in infrastructure and cloud computing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and transitioning traditional infrastructure to the cloud. • Strong background in IT operations, including networking, data centers, virtualization, and security. • Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects and teams. • Expertise in cloud technologies and cloud architecture. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). • Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and optimize cloud usage. • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred. • ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications in infrastructure management.
