• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of experience in trade associations, government relations or industry advocacy - preferably with Hill experience in a staff role. • Advanced understanding of the legislative process, regulatory decision-making, and how to navigate the complexities of government policy. • Expert in, and genuine care for, expanding access to mental health services and reshaping the future of digital health policy. • Innovative solutions, helping develop and execute strategies that advance our policy priorities. • Critical thinking, with strong analytical skills, capable of deciphering complex legislative and regulatory landscapes to provide actionable insights. • Comfort engaging with elected officials, regulators, corporate executives, and industry leaders - whether in a boardroom or on Capitol Hill. • Ability to advocate for policies in high-stakes environments while maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, and ethical business judgment. • Desire to influence, inform, and inspire, whether drafting policy briefs, advocacy materials, public comments, or speaking at events. • Exceptional written and oral skills, able to translate complex policy concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with precision. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, while also comfortable working independently and proactively.
