🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in brokerage, wealth management, or financial services, with 5+ years in People Management. • Proven track record in business development, sales negotiation, and recruiting advisors/Brokerage Managers. • Deep understanding of carrier products, underwriting, case design, commission structures, and the independent brokerage space. • Familiarity with Broker-Dealers (BDs), RIAs, and the high-net-worth advisor market. • Hunter mentality: Relentless focus on acquiring new advisors and expanding relationships.
