• Reports to: Group Lead, Design Consultant role, or Manager, Services Delivery or Associate Director/Director/Senior Director, Services Delivery • Department: Services Delivery • Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company shaping digital experiences for clinical trials. • Supporting clinical trials means supporting unique experiments that are complex and dynamic. • Design Consultant Responsibilities: • Work on a cross-functional project team. • Design the IRT solution based on study requirements, discussions with the client and clinical protocol. • Accurately document all requirements in specification templates. • Lead the internal team review of the draft specifications; be the main point of contact. • Lead the client review of IRT specifications and obtain internal approval. • Responsible for UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinate data setup for client UAT. • Primary point of contact for design questions • Lead client UAT of the IRT system, tracking required fixes or updates. • Support re-design of the IRT system. • Identify and assist with process improvements within the services department. • Assist the product team with new feature design. • Travel to client sites for meetings and training sessions. • Assist customer care with user support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Interpersonal and communication skills • Time management and organizational skills • Analytical and systematic thinking ability • Creative problem solving • Ability to understand technical details and translate them to non-technical users • Attention to detail
