Description

• Work in Consulting Department supporting SBA contract for Lender Oversight Reviews. • Perform SBA 7a loan file reviews and write reports. • Supervise, train, and review other consultants' work. • Manage client service projects from planning to completion. • Provide consulting on credit-related matters with lenders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 10 years’ experience in financial institutions or regulatory institutions with SBA emphasis. • Deep understanding of SBA lending and knowledge of 7a SOPs. • Understanding of credit processes, loan origination, and underwriting. • Thorough knowledge of federal and state banking laws related to credit risk. • Experience supervising others and project management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver clear reports.
