Description

• Manage Rippling to process all employees' salaries accurately and address payroll related queries and issues from employees. • Onboard new contractors onto Rippling, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and maintained. • Assist in planning and organizing company retreats, including logistics, accommodations and activities. • Deploy and manage initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and satisfaction. • Ensuring all referral bonuses are properly recorded and dissipated. • Book travel and accommodations, and prepare itineraries. • Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles for at least 3 years. • Familiarity with Rippling or similar HR and payroll software. • Skilled in MS Excel for basic data analysis and reporting. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work US hours from India. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
