Description

β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, department heads, and purchasing managers, at hospitals and health systems. β€’ Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the equipment and software solutions. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. β€’ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet sales objectives. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and differentiate our offerings. β€’ Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.

Requirements

β€’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions. β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement models. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory (up to 40%). β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
