Description

• Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts • Prospect within leads and inquiries for maximum program penetration • Research product and provide recommendations; provide virtual and physical samples • Prepare quotes for customer orders • Receive and coordinate client’s artwork and proofs • Enter sales orders via Salesforce • Coordinate sales order with Account Coordinators • Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows • Other selling duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 years promotional product sales experience required • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Must be experienced with CRM/ERP systems • Above-average 10 key and typing skills • Effective problem-solving capabilities • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form • Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects, and meet deadlines
