Description

β€’ Manage multiple customer relationships within assigned territory. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, purchasing, biomedical engineering, and other decision makers. β€’ Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations to drive growth within accounts. β€’ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to grow market share. β€’ Generate key insights through market analysis to clearly differentiate solutions offerings from competitors and build rationale for implementing new solutions. β€’ Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of sales plans β€’ Maintain accurate and up to date account information and sales forecasts in CRM system.

Requirements

β€’ BS/BA degree, graduate degree preferred, in a business or science related field β€’ 5+ years of multi-state outside sales experience; preferably on the West coast β€’ Preference given to candidates with previous experience in the Medical Device/Technology industry. Long sales cycle/capital equipment experience is a must. β€’ Proven experience in selling to the C level suites of Hospitals and Universities as well as with procurement and operations leadership β€’ Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives, managing account relationships, and developing new account opportunities. β€’ Excellent written, presentation and oral communications skills are a must. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50%
